Dr. Dewleen Baker
A Professor in Residence, Step II in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She spends her time on a combination of research, clinical work, teaching, administrative and professional activities, primarily at the San Diego VA Health System (VASDHS) and UCSD. Her main interests are PTSD, mild traumatic brain injury, mTBI, neuroendocrinology, inflammation, childhood trauma, and health care quality of life.
Dr. Gerard Byrne
A Professor of Psychiatry and Head of the Academic Discipline of Psychiatry within the School of Medicine at the University of Queensland. He completed his PhD in psychiatric epidemiology at the University of Queensland under the supervision of Emeritus Professor Beverley Raphael AM. His main clinical and research interests are in the mental health of older people, including anxiety, depression, psychosis and dementia.
