Dr. Mark Midwinter
Mark J. Midwinter is a general/Military Trauma Surgeon and Professor in clinical anatomy with The University of Queensland, St Lucia, QLD, Australia, with expertise in telemedicine. He completed his Bachelor of Medical Science at Newcastle University, a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery at Newcastle University, his Doctor of Medicine at Newcastle University, and then was a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dr. Andrew Civitello
Andrew B. Civitello, is a MD FACC is Medical Director of the Heart Transplant Program at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, Co-director of the Advanced Heart Failure Center of Excellence and Program Director for the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Civitello treats the entire spectrum of heart failure, with special clinical and research interest in novel therapies, mechanical circulatory support and transplantation.
Dr. Jay Brophy
Jay Brophy is a tenured (full) professor with a joint appointment in the Departments of Medicine and Epidemiology and Biostatistics where he works as a clinical cardiologist and does research in cardiovascular epidemiology. He is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society.
